Integrated Group have successfully completed many projects associated either directly or indirectly with the healthcare sector. Projects undertaken include:

New Modular Pharmacy - London Hospital

This project was logistically demanding in so much as the building was a modular design,  built off site then craned on to a flat roof area on the tenth floor of a very busy London hospital. Access, parking and security were a nightmare but once working systems, safety systems and security passes were in place, the project went very smoothly.

The M & E systems were installed in a traditional style with ceiling mounted radiant panels, washing facilities, air-conditioning, security systems, lighting and power. The existing hospital heating system, water and electrical services all had to be traced, exposed, made safe, extended, tested and commissioned, all whilst the hospital was occupied.

New Renal Unit - Grimsby Hospital

A new and much needed facility to allow sufferers to have treatment in a dedicated unit with the latest facilities. Systems installed in this new build project included new gas fired boiler plant with steel heating pipework, hot water Calorifier, building services control panel, specialist medical Vulcathene waste systems and drainage. Air conditioning systems and ducted ventilation units. Medical gasses were installed by specialist sub contractor in bespoke service ducts, all co-ordinated within our works package.

Bradley Hospital - Grimsby

A specialist bespoke development built to cater for the needs of persons detained under the mental health act. A full design and build project with an emphasis on ensuring the occupants could not harm themselves or others. A full under-floor heating system was installed with zoned controls. Water services, building services control panel. Water systems with tmv3 blenders and shower mixers. All exposed equipment installed was of an anti-ligature style. A separate staff building (reception/offices) was designed as a stand- alone unit with domestic scale heating, water services and comfort cooling systems.

Concensus Care Home - Hendy, Wales

Various care home projects have been completed on design and build contracts ranging from 12 bed refurbishments to new build 48 bed/apartment units. Full mechanical and electrical installation works including multiple boiler with CHP units, LST radiators with concealed pipe systems. Ventilation systems. Specilist kitchen extract.  High demand, hot water Calorifier installations with anti scold outlets / blenders to tmv3 standards. Cold water booster plant and associated storage. Air conditioning to offices and dayrooms.  Full doc m disabled showering and washing facilities.
