We have secured the mechanical services installation works worth £300k for a new social housing project in Brigg. The new 24 Flat affordable homes scheme being built by Lindum Construction for Longhurst Housing will incorporate a Mini CHP to provide heating & electricity and rainwater harvesting to feed toilets.

Our office has moved. We are now located on Cleatham Road, Cleatham, Kirton Lindsey, DN21 4JW. The 4500sq ft office and workshop facility brings together the mechanical, electrical and highways division into a single operating location.

Integrated group have secured a £1.5M contract for the M&E installation works to the new CH3 Laboratory at GE Aviation in Cheltenham. The works include HV infrastructure, photovoltaics package, 1000Kva generator set and the complete M&E building services installation. This fast track 5 month contract is due for completion in early October 2010.

15th July 2010 - Mechanical Estimator/Buyer Required

As the mechanical services estimator/buyer you will be responsible for:

1. Producing clear and accurate pricing information at tender stage and for the duration of contracts on both design and build and fully designed projects.

2. Monitoring and ensuring that the discounts offered by our suppliers are up to date and competitive.

3. Dealing with specialist sub contractors and confirming valuation figures are correct.

The successful candidate would also be expected to carry out various associated contractual duties, which may at times include the following.

1. Representing the company at site meetings.

2. Site surveys.

3. Liaising with and assisting the design engineers for mechanical and electrical elements.

The position is one of responsibility and we would welcome applications from persons with a successful track record incorporating the above disciplines and as importantly a person willing to work as part of a team.

Remuneration will be by negotiation and subject to experience.

This position is full time and permanent.
