New Shoreline Offices, Grimsby

The contract was a new build consisting of a three storey office block and a stores building. The office block incorporated LPHW heating with air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems. Lighting installation consists of automatic on/off and daylight dimming, power to each floor was distributed via a raised access floor system with floor boxes.


Work Completed

The office block incorporated the following services:-

• LPHW Compensated and Constant temperature heating circuits feeding steel panel radiators and heater batteries.
• VRF Comfort Cooling systems with heat recovery.
• Mechanical heat recovery ventilation systems.
• Boosted Hot & Cold Water Services
• Building energy management system with remote access.
• Door access & intruder alarm systems
• Mains Distribution System
• Under-floor integrated power distribution system
• IT infrastructure for Conventional communications
• Fire Detection and Alarm installation
• Automatic daylight & occupancy controlled lighting systems
• Emergency lighting systems

The stores building incorporated the following services:-

• Gas Fired radiant heating
• Door access & intruder alarm systems
• Fire Detection and Alarm installation
• Automatic daylight & occupancy controlled lighting systems
• Emergency lighting systems
